MyeCitizen > Help > How Do I Update My Alert?

  • Click on "Login via SingPass" button
  • Click on "Update My Alert" link at the top left hand corner of your home page


  • Tick on your preferred "Alerts" that you want to receive
  • Tick either "SMS" or "Email" alert option as shown in the diagram below


  • Click "Subscribe" to confirm your alert(s)
